1 Introduction

Welcome to 29pak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 29pak ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 29pak platform, including the website located at https://29pak.net, all related mobile applications, software, games, betting services, and other features offered by the Company (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating a 29pak account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 29pak platform.

These Terms should be read together with the 29pak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 29pak Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account with 29pak, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 29pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at the Company's sole discretion.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 29pak Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering a 29pak account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You further agree to keep this information updated throughout the duration of your account. 29pak will not be liable for any issues, including failed withdrawals, arising from incorrect information provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The 29pak Platform is intended for use by players in Pakistan. The Company reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable licensing conditions and legal obligations. It is your responsibility to verify that using the Platform is lawful in your specific location before registering.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 29pak login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 29pak staff will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 29pak support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

29pak may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any point, including but not limited to: upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change of personal details, or where the Company has reason to verify your identity for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 29pak reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts after providing prior notice to the registered email address or mobile number. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will continue to be held for the Player and will be returned upon valid withdrawal request.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 29pak account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

29pak accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits for other methods are displayed at the point of deposit. 29pak does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes under normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. 29pak reserves the right to request documentation confirming payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Refused Deposits

29pak reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be adequately verified, that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, or that is made in contravention of these Terms. In such cases, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating payment method minus any applicable third-party transaction fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

29pak offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 29pak must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly for each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

29pak maintains the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedging bets designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or systematically betting on outcomes that contribute minimally to wagering requirements while preserving bonus balance.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotional offer at 29pak is available to one eligible player per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Claiming the same promotion via multiple channels or accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

29pak reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game or betting market on the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location, account status, or technical factors. The Company accepts no liability for any loss arising from the temporary or permanent unavailability of any game or market.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on 29pak are subject to change up until the point of settlement. Live in-play bets are accepted at the Company's discretion. 29pak reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or inside information. 6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on 29pak are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session returns. 29pak is not liable for any technical malfunction occurring within a third-party game that results in a dispute over a game outcome; such matters are resolved in accordance with the relevant game studio's dispute procedure.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in a game outcome that would not have occurred under normal circumstances, 29pak reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the Player. The Company will not be held liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29pak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the 29pak Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 29pak Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform to facilitate any illegal activity under applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 29pak staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Age Verification and 21+ Policy

29pak operates a strict 21+ policy across all Platform services. Age verification checks are conducted as part of the registration process and may be repeated at any time at the Company's discretion. 29pak takes its obligations regarding underage access seriously and any account determined to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be closed immediately.

8.2 Player Protection Tools

29pak provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings section after 29pak login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your 29pak account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 29pak Platform without express prior written permission from the Company. Unauthorised use of 29pak intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 29pak and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

29pak's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 29pak's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 29pak makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12 Termination

29pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company determines at its sole discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The Player's account is the subject of a legal dispute, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 29pak to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or verification.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to active wagering requirements or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method. 29pak is not obligated to return bonus balances upon account termination resulting from a breach of these Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 29pak holds its international gaming license. You agree that any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the 29pak Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 29pak from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14 Amendments to These Terms

29pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a notification displayed upon 29pak login. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
